2 oz Ginger Ale

4 Drops Lemon Bitters

Ice

Lemon for Garnish

Pour Journey Distilled Brandy over ice, add ginger ale (adjust amount to taste), bitters. Gently stir then add garnish

0.5 oz Yuzu Lemonade

0.5 oz Malibu Rum Passionfruit

2 oz Journey Distilled Vodka

4 oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

THE SALTY DOG

Follow the same recipe as the Greyhound just add salt to the rim

THE COPPERHEAD

2 oz Journey Distilled Vodka

1/2 oz Lime Juice

4 oz Ginger Ale

Ice

VALENTINI COCKTAIL

2 oz Journey Distilled Vodka

1 oz Portland Syrups Hibiscus-Cardamom

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

1/2 oz Grand Marnier

Orange peel and cherries for garnish (sugar for rim of glass optional)

Combine with ice in a shaker then strain and pour over in a chilled glass

The Pearl harbor

2 oz Journey Distilled Vodka

1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur

6 oz Pineapple Juice

Combine with ice in a shaker then strain and pour over in a tall glass over ice, garnish with a. lime slice, pineapples, or cherries and enjoy

GINGER MULE

2 oz Journey Distilled Vodka

1 oz Portland Syrups Ginger Flavor 

3 oz Lemon-Lime Soda 

Serve in a cocktail glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime

THE MAY DAY COCKTAIL

2 oz Journey Distilled Vodka

1.5 oz Pomegranate Liqueur

1 oz Pono Potion’s Molokai Hibiscus Syrup

Shake with ice and drain into cocktail glass, sugar rim optional

STRAWBERRY VODKARITA

3 oz Journey Distilled Vodka

(use your favorite margarita mix or follow this recipe)

2 oz Orange Liqueur

1 1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

4-6 Pureed Strawberries plus extra for optional garnish

optional sweetener, agave or simple syrup to taste

Ice

Blend together for a blended margarita or shake in a shaker to serve on the rocks

Salt rim and pour in glass

Optional garnish with a sliced lime and a strawberry

BRandy old fashionED

2 oz Journey Distilled Brandy

1 Sugar Cube

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Muddle sugar cube and bitters, add Journey Distilled Brandy and ice. Stir and garnish with an orange slice and cherries.

Sidecar

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 oz Journey Distilled Brandy

  • 2/3 oz (4 teaspoons) triple sec

  • 1-1/2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice

  • optional garnish:

  • Lemon twist

  • Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the Journey Distilled Brandy, triple sec and lemon juice. Cover and shake for 15-20 seconds or until condensation forms on outside of shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish as desired.

Brandy Alexander

  • ½ oz Journey Distilled Brandy

  • 1oz Creme De Cacao

  • (Make you own Creme De Cacao with1-1/3 cup Journey Distilled Vodka add 2/3 cup cacao nibs in a sealable glass jar. Shake and then let steep for 8 days. After the initial steeping period, bring 1-1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water just to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Let this syrup cool, then add to the jar along with the 2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 entire split bean.) source: Lake Champlin Chocolates

  • 1oz heavy cream

  • nutmeg for garnish

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with vigor, for at least 30 seconds

  • Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with nutmeg
